I was wondering if there was anything I needed to to to get the English subtitles to show on the videos. I’ve tried several different shows, and none of them have the subtitles showing.

I dun understand why, but I can’t seem to watch any movies here?

The place where the screen should be is just a block of white background and I already checked that I got the latest Adobe Flash.
